Yay..the storm door is fully in now. Needed to finish off the doorknob so we could put on an actual handle that was capable of opening the door, the bottom weather strip as well as some minor adjustments of the latch side and actual latch.

It really is amazing what a difference it makes inside when it is daylight and you get all that sunshine coming in the doorway..not to mention that is is more draft proof than the outside door was!

..truthfully this project was alot of standing around trying to figure things out and make sure I did not ruin the door and the doorway in the process of installing..the actual installation part took less than 2 hours..and that includes the maddening 20 minutes it took to line up the screws to put the handle on!

Well, I imagine the gloves you were wearing so your hands wouldn’t freeze into bricks probably slowed down the process with the screws a little…
