A Case of Summer Pit

A* and the dogs..things actually look summery now.

.. the doctor prescribed a hole in the ground to burn things and to sit around after dark drinking beers and singing songs..and who am I to say no!

..and a planted tree update..the Lilac, Black Locust and Mountain Ash are all thriving..( the Black Locust is behind the bird bath )..it did take a while for the tree to start off ( I actually had thought it was dead) but it really is starting to get bushy.

    egb – everything here is that same shade of beautiful, nova scotia green – i love green! and can i please have the name of your doctor? i have no problem going all the way to the mainland for a check-up – bahahahahahah!

    Me thinks that we go to the same “doctor”, although I’m feeling some fire pit envy over here. One of the advantages of rocky soil is all the free building materials. When we eventually make the rock-edged fire pit I envision, we’ll have to buy our rocks.
