End of the Jangozotoic Era

04 Jul

image

13 years with the old boy..never easy watching a dogs health rapidly decline but he had a great life..He was a terror to garbage cans everywhere but he will be missed. Now Jango gets to rest peacefully beside Nova for evermore. Good luck Jango and hopefully heaven is full of unsecured meat trimming filled garbage cans.

Jango – heaven is filled with garbage cans that are unsecured – you’ll have the time of your life, buddy, i promise.

EGB and A – read this…you’ll cry but you’ll be filled with joy too!

Yes, Kymber , I am smiling while tears are rolling after reading ‘The Last Robin’. My heart feels a little better to think about about a meadow filled with happy poochies. Thanks for sharing.

A* – i am so happy that you read the story….when i first met my Uncle Gerald and he shared that story with me – i thought of all of the pets that i would be re-united with. and until we are all re-united – they are all up there running around, having fun, napping whenever they want, knocking over un-secured garbage cans and just being free. we’ll meet up with all of them soon enough.

it is terrible to lose a family member and i truly hope that you, egb and Loki give yourselves time to grieve. and get a “new” family member as soon as you are able. i have experienced and read that the best way to fill the hole of losing a family member is to get another.

you guys really are in our thoughts – we’re pretty sure that you are as goofy as us. and we look forward to one day meeting up with you guys.

sending much love your way. your friend,
        kymber

    egb..

i am sooooo sorry pal – it wasn’t long ago that you laid nova to rest and now jango… you do have a knack for eulogies though…

all my best to you and A and loki, who i am sure is looking around with confusion and sadness… but i know from your blog that you gave that dog a GREAT life so hat’s of to you!

    again, really sorry…..

Sorry to hear Eager. We had to put our Labrador Retriever down earlier this year. It is funny the holes that I continue to find in my life that Syrah used to fill.

And here is to hoping that yes, Heaven is filled with unsecured garbage cans overflown with meat scraps. The good news is, in Heaven there are no health concerns…
